Use this form to submit a request to have additional documents mailed along with your official McGill transcript. A $15 fee will apply to each document type selected in your order.
Prior to submitting a request to add documents to an official transcript, current students and students who attended or graduated from McGill after 1972 must first order their official transcript via Minerva.
If applicable, you will be required to upload a copy of the document. It should be saved as a pdf file prior to completing your order.
To complete your order you will be required to make a credit card payment. Please have your credit card on hand.
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. If you require your documents urgently, you may select priority handling at checkout. There is an additional $15 fee for priority handling.
NOTE: Requests for course descriptions and forms requiring input from other units take longer than the usual 3-5 business days to fulfill.
