- Enrolment Services – Service Point will not accept any returns
- Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered or for requests where the order status has been changed from pending to any other status.
- Refunds are to be issued at the discretion of Enrolment Services – Service Point, whom will do its due diligence to ensure that orders are processed in a timely fashion and issue refunds where deemed appropriate, to the credit card charged at the time of the purchase.
- Failure to provide accurate information during the ordering process (such as and not limited to shipping information) does not entitle the requestor to a refund.
- To request a refund, contact Service Point in writing via the contact us page. You must provide the following information when requesting a refund: Your Order Number; Your Moneris Order Number (starting with “ml”); the email address you provided at the time of purchase; your reason for requesting a refund. Further information may be required from you in support of your request.
